Our retail showroom and internet fulfillment areas are now in two separate
locations. If you have visited us at the previous address (14415 N. 73rd), the new
retail store area is just in the building next door to the south, within walking
distance of the old location. The old location is now dedicated to
internet order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and adminstrative offices.

Email inquiries and are answered every business day,
Monday-Friday. In most cases, your e-mail will be answered within the same or
next business day. However, if your questions are extensive or require research
based on your child's measurements and specific needs, please allow a bit
longer. We want to thoroughly answer your questions, but we do receive hundreds
of emails a month and work through them one by one.
Please check your spam folder as our responses occasionally get
filtered there! If you do not receive a response, please feel free to re-send,
as your message may not have reached us.
Please also do not hesitate to call us on our toll-free
number. Phone support is available Monday-Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. If
we do not answer during these hours, we are on another line or with a
